Landmark's rep denigrated the "old" housing in West Racine saying the heating costs were high due to lack of insulation, etc. If this complex goes up, what will it look like in 20 years? West Racine already has too much poor quality new housing. Look at the corner of West Blvd and 16th and the housing put up on the old Jensen Block site. The city should look to the future and assure that what is built is going to last. West Racine, especially, deserves better.
